How long does our offer remain valid?

Normally, our firm offer is valid for 10 days.

Is the sample available for test?

We're pleased to send samples if you're interested in our products.

What's the minimum order quantity?

Our minimum order quantity is a 20ft container, several different models mixed is acceptable. Also we welcome trial orders for different items.

What about the payment terms?

For sample orders, we accept payment by Wire Transfer, Western Union
For container orders, normally we adopt T/T 30% deposit, the balance should be paid before shipment. Or 50% down payment, the balance against the copy of B/L.
The third payment term is Letter of Credit at sight.
 
How long is the lead time?
Usually we can finish a container goods within 8 days after receipt of deposit, however if your order is mixed, this will take a bit longer time. Also the lead time is depend on our production schedule, as some times we may very busy.
 
What the packing looks like?

Most of the items are packed in durable card box, of course, we can also pack the goods according to your requirements.

About CharmBright shipment?

We deliver the goods in container via ocean ship, and be able to deliver the goods to anywhere of the world. As for sample orders, we usually deliver them via air express to the customer's door.
